Kickin' Chicken Chile

2 pounds chicken breast, cooked and chopped
16 oz. jar medium salsa
48 oz. jar Northern Beans
2 cups shredded Monterey Jack cheese
1 cup shredded Jalepeno Pepperjack cheese
1 cup water
  1. Spray crock pot with cooking spray.
  2. Add all ingredients.
  3. Cook on low 4-6 hours
Serve with chips or cornbread, sour cream, and top with chopped green onions.

This is a family "go to" at our house, with a few changes: 1)You can even put frozen chicken breasts in the crockpot in the morning, along with all the ingredients (I usually wait to put the cheese in until I get home) and let it cook all day. 2) I also add a tablespoon each of cumin and chili powder
