2 1/2 cups cooked chicken
1 cup chopped onion
1 1/2 cups chopped peppers (red, yellow, green)
2 jalapenos, chopped (or 1-2 Tbsp. from a can)
2+ cloves garlic, chopped
2 t. ground cumin
1/2 t. salt
1/2+ t. crushed oregano
3 1/2 cups chicken stock
- Place all items in the crock pot.
- Cover and cook on Low 8-10 hours, or on High 4-5 hours.
- Serve with chips, shredded cheese, sour cream and corn bread.
